No hesitation on returning, really...

Liked: Location was perfect. We had been in Melbourne for a funeral at Springvale. The reception was so friendly and easy after our flight from Perth. Room was exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, spacious and super clean. Bathroom was lovely with a large shower and nice products to pamper ourselves a little. Quiet too. Secure parking was easy access. Being close to Dingley hotel was great so we could pop over for a reasonable priced meal anytime.
Disliked: There is a lift for luggage. But not people. A friend on crutches couldn’t come up to meet us. This was easily overcome by meeting at the foyer. Just something to consider when booking.
