Liked: The lobby and the staircase looked nice and cosy, the Dyson hairdryer is top tier
Disliked: The cleanliness (or rather the lack of it), I got charged twice (at the moment of arriving and booking - but they reverted the payment quite fast). They also put a lot of sweets in their bedrooms, on one hand I get that they want to do some upselling but a lot of people struggle with weight management and it sucks to be sent in a room full of sweets

Disliked: Very small room..though it was advertised as small..no shower cap, no body lotion available in a 4 star hotel...it's the small things that make a difference. Breakfast, porridge was unusual, seemed to be made with almond milk, which was not specified on the menu. Chocolate twist pastry was dry and stale, and flat whites were lukewarm..and expensive.
