Liked: Very enjoyable stay and the surroundings were extremely interesting.Food was excellent and the service great would definitely choose to book in at the devil's punchbowl hotel again.

Disliked: Unfortunately, this is the worse place I have stayed in my life. I have stayed in the ghetto in Fresno, California, and it was better than this place. The room was stuffy, poorly maintained, and visibly dirty, with holes and dents in the walls. The toilet rarely flushed (it took 10 to 15 attempts on average and a lot of patience), and when we investigated to try and fix it, we found black mold in the toilet basin. There were no window screens, so we had to choose between overheating or letting in mosquitoes and spiders. The worst part was the power outage — it went out at 9 AM and was still off when we returned at 3 AM, despite informing staff that morning. Our phones died, we missed important alarms, and couldn’t shower or see anything in the room. When we told them again the next day, it still took over an hour to fix, even though the solution was simple — we just didn’t have access because the fuse box was locked and staff-only. This completely ruined our limited time in England.
