Nice hotel, great location, good...
Liked: Great location, very nice hotel. Construction/remodeling going on during visit, plus a large number of guests from a wedding, Looked like there could have been more check-in staff to accommodate.
Disliked: Some unexpected noise from construction/remodeling. Plus loud/drunk wedding guests which of course was not hotel's fault!

Over priced until they get...
Liked: Beautiful facility but still undergoing renovation.
Disliked: Room had a definite smell....hot water was luke warm. The maids did not make up the bed or replace the linen on the second day. Talked to the desk and they got the hot water fixed ASAP and put some cleaner down the drain in the tub which took away the ordor. Definitely not worth the $200 ++ a night.

Liked: Comfortable bed - pillows not so much.
Disliked: Towels were scratchy. Garbage left in room from previous guest. Under bed dusty,

Disliked: We had a room reserved for 2 adults and 3 kids. The room was supposed to be 2 queen beds. We were staying at hotel due to storm that knocked out power. we checked in at 4 an hour after check in began and told rooms were still not ready. We could wait an additional 3 hours or take a room with a king and a roll out bed and that "yes this is an upgrade" The floor we were on (3rd) was under renovation. Hallways were cold as doors to rooms being worked on were open and there must have been windows open. The hallways could have been cleaner. but again the renovation work was going on. Room was very nice but too small for what we needed or reserved. after spending night without power we were looking forward to the hotel to lower stress level. Did not work.
