The family-run Derby Hotel is located in the heart of Barrow-in-Furness less than half a mile from the Rail Station. It offeres serviced accommodations featuring a large bar area with a good selection of drinks and a large flat-screen TV as well as offering free Wi-Fi. A regular place to stay...

Liked: The Derby keeps up a very good all round standard. Modern designer decor and good size televisions. Plenty to choose from by way of drinks and food. Friendly bar staff.👍😃👌

Comfortable and ‘value for money’...

Liked: Location and cleanliness.
Disliked: Very noisy although was warned and it did quieten down later on.

Comfortable nights sleep for a...

Liked: The hotel felt very secure for a lone female traveller with entrance to the accommodation via a locked door away from the public area. The room was clean with tea/coffee facilities. The bed was comfy and the shower facilities on par.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like

Uncomfortable

Disliked: Awful bed, room was roasting and the noise from the street went on until 5 in the morning.

Great short stay for Dave’s...

Liked: This is a good old fashion pub. Busy bar, live bands. Even though there was a function on, we were told about this first and the music was to end at 12am. And sure enough it did. A great two night sleep.
Disliked: Nothing.
