Ok for the money but...

Liked: Its location to the Leisure Centre for a weekend swimming gala.
Disliked: First room the shower had fallen off the wall and we had to be moved. The second room was a little better with a view of the court yard.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: The location is great, if you are visiting the Download festival. There are buses 1A, 1B, 1C, which go to the Derby train station, from which you can take a shuttle to the festival.There is plenty of parking space.The room and bathroom size are very good.The staff is very polite and friendly.
Disliked: Not very clean. There were stains on our bed linen.There was not a toilet brush in the bathroom.Toilet paper holder was broken.
