Generally a nice hotel, shame...

Liked: Very clean rooms. Great breakfast. Nice rooftop bar. After initial issues, generally staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pricing is unclear. We were charged more at the hotel than we were expecting, having paid for our room in advance via booking.com. This could be an issue with booking.com rather than the hotel itself and we will take this further. Note that if it 'says your child stays for free' this apparently does not include a bed for them to actually sleep in, unless you pay extra! We eventually agreed to pay the fees in return for having breakfast included. Climate control system did not work in our first room so we had to move on the second day but the staff were as helpful as they could be on this matter.

Disliked: There was a private party at the hotel. All my friends and I couldn't use the top restaurant and the bars. Not top service but same night -over bed- prize.

Disliked: All bars reserved for some stupid party , not even room service ! Loud music with a DJ disturbed all normal guests until way too late , very bad !!!!

Liked: Helpful staff, we were able to store our luggage while we went into the city (because our room wasn't ready yet). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
