Worse stay ever!

Liked: Maybe location was ok. But there are much better hotels and places for the same price in much more better locations, with nicer facilities. Not worth for what you receive.
Disliked: The room was a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place was nothing like the photos. The shower was broken, the walls were dirty, the floor was damaged, and there was a constant humidity smell that made it feel unclean. Worst of all, there was a loud alarm noise that rang nonstop, day and night, making it impossible to sleep. The laundry facility was out of order, even though it was advertised as available.But the real nightmare was the staff. I clearly told the front desk I wanted to pay for two nights of parking, since I wasn’t sure about the third. They only charged me for one, without telling me, and the next day my car got towed. I had to pay over $220 to get it back. When I confronted them, they offered no help, no apology, and took zero responsibility. They blamed me for their own mistake.This hotel is a scam, with dishonest staff and horrible service. I’ve stayed in many places around the world, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do not book here... it’s not worth the risk! There are other hotels, with better prices and better locations!

Good value for the location...

Liked: Location is great! Good value considering how close to the beach.
Disliked: "Has been" resort community. Their properties are OK but could use better maintenance. Breakfast was a few blocks away at one of their 23 properties. Parking is horrible and expensive.

Liked: Spacious room, perfect location right next to beach
Disliked: Lots of cockroaches in the kitchen ,bathroom , rooms, living room all over we have pictures and videos make sure you don't leave bags open or anything incase you take them home ,besides the roaches we loved the room I would come back but need to take care of them roaches .

Check in is terrible long...

Disliked: Me and my wife always stay here and we stayed in almost every room there but the room that was given to us was very nasty. My wife has her own cleaning service and was very disappointment. And check in should be very easier
