A comfortable nice place to...

Liked: the room was large and very clean. Great bathroom and comfy beds. We had room service for dinner and it was excellent.

Liked: Clean and spacious room, with plenty of parking spots.
Disliked: During check-in, the lady at reception informed us that a $150 authorization would be placed on our card in case of any damages, and that the amount would be released back to our account immediately the next morning. However, the lady at check-out the very next day told us it could take up to five days to receive the money. While this wasn’t an issue for us personally, I find this kind of communication highly unprofessional and misleading. What if we had needed access to those funds during that time?

Great design elements, not so...

Liked: I liked the attempt of design and uniqueness of this hotel.
Disliked: There were multiple issues and while some were minor, like the tv backlight being broken causing the screen to have grid of white patches. What I really didn’t like was the floor not being vacuumed and counters not wiped down. One thing that really can’t be fixed is that the floor noise is quite loud. The person above us walked back and forth for a long time at 3am keeping us awake even while we had a sound machine running. If you were to stay here, request the top floor.

Disliked: Heard noise outside of my room all early morning around 3am.Bed was very uncomfortable.No full control over AC and got hot at night. Could hear footsteps of people above me.A little expensive to have these kind of issues. On top of the price also had to leave $150 holding deposit until checkout.
