Liked: It is a well maintained hotel with good sized rooms. The restaurant is up scale, so on the expensive side, but very good. Staff was great. Easy on and off of I-90 to get around Buffalo.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The pictures did not do this place justice. It is so beautiful here and clean!! The staff was nice both check in and out.
Disliked: Breakfast was not free or cheap. It could have said it somewhere and I missed it but the prices are not up until that morning.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful...

Liked: This location is very beautiful and elegant looking. I loved how close to the airport it was and having the shuttle service was key for our family as we were using it as a hotel to fly out the next day.
Disliked: When I arrive to the property, I was greeted with lovely staff. I was given a key to my room. When we got to the fourth floor, I went to open the room and walked into somebody in the room who had already checked into that room. I apologize greatly to them and left extremely fast. This was a very uncomfortable moment as there was a young couple in the room at the time me and my young children walked into that same room. I had a lot of explaining to do to my children, which did not make for a very good start to my trip. I did explain this to the woman behind the desk. She did apologize and got me a new room and a key card but unfortunately the damage was already done. The staff did not understand why I ended up with the same room as someone else as these keys are pre-programmed. They apologized, and I went on my way. But I was unsettled by the fact that someone could just walk into my room, if this type of thing happened again. Not knowing what kind of people are having access to my room or my belongings or my children.
