I’ll be looking for another...

Liked: Its proximity to our nephew who we were visiting
Disliked: There was no information concerning the hotels services.I contacted them three times via the Booking.Com reservation which the hotel ignored. They didn’t reply to emails.I managed to reserve their shuttle to pick us up from the Airport, which eventually arrived nearly an hour late.At the hotel there was again no information in the room concerning spa facilities nor meal times. When I asked at the front desk they again proved unhelpful.The front desk when we checked in also didn’t show us to our room, nor helped us with our luggage.I eventually was provided with a phone number to call the front desk if I needed to, a Facebook contact and a Twitter account that I could contact the hotel on.All three failed.The phone kept switching to voicemail, the Facebook account couldn’t access the server and the Twitter Account didn’t exist.
