Disliked: We got an upgrade as we got married locally, great staff, lovely food in Sophie's restaurant, we will return

Style over substance

Liked: Not a lot stands out.
Disliked: As a Dubliner visiting family, it was unwelcoming, staff were cold and not very attentive on our arrival or at the restaurant/bar. The staff member we had checking out was nice however. The room was dusty and grubby. A very tight squeeze room for the price. 7am construction could have been mentioned. Not so nice when you're on a much needed restful break. I think we will look elsewhere for future stays. It didn't reach expectations unfortunately. Only one lift was working which was a pain in a high traffic area.

Liked: Fantastic gym and staff were great
Disliked: I didn’t realise it had a club on the rooftop so my first room sounded like it was in a DJ booth! So I downgraded my room to get a quieter room. I would say it was a great place, but maybe meant for younger party ge-ers

Liked: No breakfast.. we were late - after 11am

Fab stay

Liked: Lovely hotel,got upgraded for my husbands birthday.Rooms were beautifully decorated.Staff very friendly close to everything.Definetly stay again.
Disliked: Nothing but when building work is complete be nice to see it done on how it will all connect.

Liked: Ideal location, clean and bright rooms, range of facilities, helpful and pleasant staff
Disliked: Our townhouse room was in a separate building (very close, two doors down the street) to the main hotel. This wasn’t a major issue, but it would have been nice to know in advance.
