Very good

Liked: Staff were excellent especially reception who were chatty and interested in getting to know us and purpose of our visit.Location near Stephens Green is excellent, the bar is fab. The hotel is modern and welcoming, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
Disliked: The noise level in the bedroom was unbelieveably loud even when I used the earplugs supplied, I got out of bed to check was the window closed, it was. I had read the reviews and was aware of the noise from outside however I hadn't realised it was next door to a nightclub/late bar with outdoor beer garden area.

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff
Disliked: Despite having booked far in advance we were allocated a tiny room with bed against the wall and no space to place any personal belongings. Felt like we were in student accommodation.

Too loud to sleep

Liked: Comfy clean rooms
Disliked: Right next to a night club or disco tech, music blasts until about 3-4 am. It’s so loud it sounds as if you’re sleeping in the club.

Disappointing

Liked: The room and bed was very good
Disliked: My room mate was not allowed enter the room as he misplaced his key, this resulted in him only being allowed to enter the hotel by purchasing a new room. This was completely dissatisfactory.
