The only good thing about...

Liked: Very close proximity to everything
Disliked: Bedrooms too hot, very worn hotel. Cheap ingredients in the breakfast.

Very pleasant experience, would stay...

Liked: Great location, breakfast included, cold water to take to room, valet parking, friendly staff, clean room.
Disliked: I was booking from US and was difficult to know how to book a queen bed versus a double bed. Double bed room was quite small and would have preferred queen room.

Quite nice stay but expected...

Liked: Breakfast ok,location excellent
Disliked: Could have been a bit more upmarket with a few changes. Nice decor but still managed to look a little cheap.Didn't like the air con units in the bedroom which were unsightly and noisy

A very convenient and comfortable...

Liked: Location is fantastic, room was very comfortable and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. On finding out that it was a birthday treat we had a lovely note from Rebecca on reception when we got to our room.
Disliked: The breakfast coffee was disappointing

Superb

Liked: Excellent location and very good breakfast. No shower caps or slippers in bathroom but a very comfy room with good tea and coffee making facilities.
Disliked: No telephone in room to front desk means always having to use the lift or go downstairs if help/advice needed. Every hotel that I have ever stayed in has this facility and we used to visit and stay at Dean Court every summer when we lived in England some years ago. Always a phone then!
