Liked: Looked lovely
Disliked: Our room wasn’t serviced properly, when we got back after a day out we had no toilet paper and only one towel, we phoned reception to request some phoned again half an hour later still didn’t receive any 2hrs later when we were going out for the evening I complained at reception, the receptionist then said he would get the things and take them straight up. Excuse was that the person they asked to bring the things to our room might have been doing something else not really good enough as toilet paper is a bit of an essential! The hotel was lovely but this really spoiled my experience

City Centre break

Liked: The location is excellent. A short walk to city centre but feels a world apart from the hustle and bustle of Dublin City Centre.
Disliked: We booked room only and i thought the breakfast rate was expensive even by Dublin standards so we didn't avail of it. Its only a short walk to a number of cafes and coffee shops so it didn't present a difficulty for us.

Liked: This was top class . Couldn’t fault anything at the hotel . It would be wonderful to know about the parking … before you pay for alternative on street parking . Notice earlier would make check in seamlessly swift .

Liked: Clean, comfortable, great location
Disliked: The food in the restaurant was disappointing, particularly the beetroot salad. Also members of staff let themselves into our room, twice while we were sleeping.
