Liked: The staff were fantastic. They knew it was my birthday and upgraded us as well as chocolate in our room. Outstanding service.
Disliked: We were at a concert in the 3 arena. By the time we got back it was 11pm. The bar was closed and no residents lounge. So we went to bed. Next morning we mentioned it to Rebecca at breakfast so she organised two free drinks in the bar for us so it wasn't so bad.

Good Stay

Liked: Lovely interior and rooms. V comfy room, good size
Disliked: Returned after concert to find no services, no food or drink options. Bar closed and no room service.

Overall a good experience but...

Liked: The decor, the location, comfortable bed. We had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant and the staff were very helpful and attentive making us feel relaxed after a day of travel. Staff very friendly and helpful at check out although we had paid everything up front with no balance to settle.
Disliked: Would expect room to have robes and slippers upon arrival. When requests for a robe and for tissues were made they were dealt with very slowly. Did not feel breakfast was value for money. Online menu suggests you may order items that the staff did not mention at any point nor were menus on the tables? The second morning we waited 15 minutes to catch a waiter’s attention just to order tea. Appeared short staffed and unaware of surroundings as other tables that had arrived after us were attended to first.
