Liked: Really pretty much everyone. Front desk staff were excellent, very responsive and quick.
Disliked: My only complaint is about the staff in the restaurant. The two times I was there I felt they were slow at seating where there was light traffic and their general demeanor was a bit gruff, almost annoyed. A clear difference when compared to receptiveness and professionalism of your front desk staff.It’s just a scheduling thing, but I used to love that I could go into the bar late mornings (10:00 - 11:00) to get a cappuccino. Or to have a morning business meeting. The staff in the bar is very attentive and the environment is fantastic. I couldn’t avail myself of that feature this trip because of the 12:00 opening time. I feel I’ve lost a reason for staying with you, which I’ve done for many years now. Would love to see that change.

Disliked: I forgot a shirt when I left. I followed up with a message via booking and a direct email. I received no response at all from the Davenport reception. I do not appreciate this lack of attention
