i love the davenport but...

Liked: clean, good location, friendly people
Disliked: the water bottles in the room were kind of gross. they used to have davenport water, now it’s pure life. it comes from denver public drinking water, which is kind of odd. multiple additives in the water too. i figured davenport would at least have natural spring water in the rooms. also, i requested peanut brittle to be in our room upon arrival, as a surprise anniversary gift to my wife. they confirmed it would be there. but upon entering the room, it wasn’t. i had to go down to the front desk and ask about it. they ended up giving it to me, and were very nice about it. but it ruined the surprise.

Ok hotel, dated design, rooms...

Liked: Location to the Spokane Arts Center is right across the street.
Disliked: Hidden fees! The usual taxes. But also a $20 Marriot charge just because they can. Also paid to park in their garage, then had to pay AGAIN to leave the garage!!

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Room was nice. Shower was great. Nice location.
Disliked: Bed was too soft. Television channel choices were lacking. Too many sports/news choices. Too many mirrors.
