Perfect short getaway for my...

Liked: My wife and I have stayed here before to see a show across the street. Staff was great. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Great service. Used the valet service and that just made our stay more carefree.
Disliked: Unable to stay longer. Not enough time to take advantage of the spa. Not enough time to have dinner in the restaurant. Non alcoholic beer selection leaves something to be desired.

Liked: Great location. Very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The staff working the bar Friday night were very entertaining. Great time.
Disliked: My mom didn't like all the black. Makes it hard to see.

Wonderful, plan to return!

Liked: Restaurant, location, room, the staff asked for the reason and provided my wife and I a great room for date night.
Disliked: Tv was not working initially and continued to be finicky

It was “just” a nice...

Liked: The property overall is nice looking. The building is large and fancy. The room was big, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Right off the bat finding the entrance to the parking garage was challenging. I had to do a lap around the neighborhood to find it. As it was my first time being there, it was a learning curve. At check in they tried to charge me for the room although I already paid. They charged me $50 for “incidentals” I have no idea if I’m getting that money back. The hallway to the rooms were kinda dark and the ice machine / microwave area was bleak. The room was exactly as was in the photos. No extra amenities, no fridge/microwave. For $250+ a night, it was super basic. The toilet was low flush and the shower water pressure was a really sad. I had a partial view of the park, but the windows were filthy so my photos were blech. Door dash couldn’t deliver directly to the rooms, so I got to sit in the lobby looking for a stranger with a bag like a drug deal. No prices on the menu in the room, so I assumed that it was too expensive to order in. Was there a gym? No idea.
