Liked: Great location in darling Harbour. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff was also very polite and helpful.
Disliked: Nil

Bad

Liked: The charge me A$120 cfor cleaning without my notice. Very bad, at least should let me know.
Disliked: Bad in charging me the cleaning for A$120, ridiculous

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. We asked for some extra water bottles and they provided us with a whole case of water. They were timely and delivered anything we requested to our room. My man and I would love to stay here again.

Lovely rooms, nice staff but...

Liked: The hotel is located close to Darling harbour. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: While there was a variety of restaurants to chose from, all were in the complex but outside the Darling hotel itself and many were fast food type. Some were not open for all week and the Italian restaurant foor was mediocre at best. On one of the nights there was limited access to the Sports bar as the main area was open only to "VIP's"! It is very disappointing to be a paying guest at a hotel with this reputation and not be allowed access to the main bar.
