Sensational service and staff very...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and accommodating. I've stayed in many top hotels but the staff and attention to service made you feel special, and want to come back. I loved the extra surprises like slippers, bath salts, and lip balm left complimentary.
Disliked: Not knowing staff would enter my room while I was out - whilst it was great to have the room tidied in the evening, and slippers left with lip balm while I was out, I had personal items I left out, next time it would be nice to know or be given the option for staff to enter the room in the evening.

Liked: The staff and service at the darling are beyond exceptional. I was there with my family and there isn't one negative thing I can say about the entire experience. Having travelled a lot domestically, I've stayed at several hotels and not one comes close in terms of service.
