Very welcoming upon arrival, but...

Liked: They gave us an upgrade to the penthouse for celebrating our 10-yr anniversary with them and sent a bottle of celebratory champagne.
Disliked: Staff were very nice and friendly upon arrival, but less so at departure. On the morning of checkout, the hair dryer started burning. I requested a replacement from housekeeping but received no response. A housekeeping staff member then waited outside our door at midday for us to leave, even though my hair was still wet.

Luxury stay in the heart...

Liked: Sensational stay, big suites and comfy beds. The balcony was very big with great views of Gold Coast!
