Liked: Came back for second time as me and my husband fell in love with the hotel. It's like a home from home for us! Beautifully kept and clean! And the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome and willing to always help ! There was a new receptionist this time (forgot her name sorry).but she was amazing ! Chatty and friendly also very helpful! Can't wait to book again! From mr and Mrs evans xxx

Family booking

Liked: Staff were great, bar is really good but shut early on the sat night, prices were very good, great for families. Friendly place. Breakfast was really good and there's a games room and a kids room.
Disliked: Room was hot and window didn't open, there was a fan available but it didn't do much. Other people in our parties rooms were not hot, we were on the 3rd floor. There isn't a lift so ring the hotel if you need a ground floor room. We booked this hotel as it included parking but as they say its limited there's only around 4 spaces. Luckily we got free parking on the street for those who couldn't get hotel parking. Still had a great stay and recommend the hotel

Liked: That we had booked and was meant to be a flat but I asked when I arrived if it was possible to have a ground floor and we got it
Disliked: The bed as my husband is 6ft 2 and his legs we’re hanging over it mattress wasn’t good gave us both a sore back
