Very nice and clean.

It was dingy and dirty

Liked: . The gentleman at the front desk when i checked in was wonderful and very helpful.
Disliked: There was urine all over the bathroom walls and there was a used piece of tin foil (used for drugs) hidden behind the fridge. The hotel needs some major updates

Liked: It was an overnight stay but was a great one the hot tub was great will definitely stay again

Liked: It's a tired facility, but the staff was great and our room was clean and comfortable. It's a classic 2 for $60 highway hotel. Would stay again.

Disliked: I honestly didn't like anything this was awful, the pictures are either really old or something the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. We were all excited after a long day to go to the pool and hangout and once we got to the room we were not impressed. There was a hole in the bathroom door and it was peeling at the bottom, the tub faucet was pushed in and the tiles around it were broken and going in as well. The paint was peeling in there as well and the bed frame was peeling at the bottom, carpet fraying in areas in the room, and then when we were walking through the hall weed smell was very strong which we don't care but we had our kids with us and they were not comfortable being there at all and they asked us to leave cause they didn't like being there and the room just felt dirty.

Liked: Quick and easy check in. Staff was very friendly and helped us with our keys when they didn't work
Disliked: Keys didn't work right away but was fixed

Poor

Liked: The heat wasn't working but they did fix it right away. The staff did try their best to make it right. It does have a convenient location.
Disliked: The heat didn't work at first so they moved me but the room i got moved to was like a storage, there was feces on the pool bathroom floor, the headboard fell off the wall in the middle of the night. There was some old food behind the bathroom trash. One of the vending machines was broke not sure if that's the properties responsibility tho. I just feel that I paid more than what the stay was worth.

Awful

Liked: The hallways were absolutely freezing no heat at all in the halls. My significant other and I were in town due to him having to have an emergency eye surgery, and I explained to the gentleman at the front desk that so he told me the easiest route to get my partner to our room which was great, only to get him out of the car in freezing temps for that specific door not to work. I had to get him back in the car bring him back to the front and walk him down in the freezing hallways to our room. Also had our children with us the slide nor hot tub worked either that was kind of the whole purpose bringing our children with to keep them busy at the pool while my husband got his rest. That unfortunately wasn’t the case our experience was awful and we will not be returning to this hotel ever.
