Liked: Staff were friendly and attentive.The food was lovely, and the hotel was in a fabulous location with exceptional views. Accessible to great surroundings areas.
Disliked: It's not a four star rating. I didn't feel I got value for money.On arrival, the toilet didn't flush in the reception.l area. That was my first impression, following by sitting outside and dirty table and chairs. Maintenance in the garden was also poor. Loved the views, would expect garden area to be well maintained. Weeds in the plant holders. Need a gardener.Carpets in the hallway were stained, and my shower/head in the bathroom had mould and limescale. Not quite the luxury I was hoping for.

Liked: Being able to see the views at meal times
Disliked: Felt there could have been a wider choice of menu. The dressing gowns were not large enough for me to wear properly. the wardrobes could have been better.
