I took my elderly mother to the Opera and The Curtis made it so much nicer! The room was perfect and the location was as well. Every person we saw that worked there, were nothing but nice and smiling. It was great!

The floor themes are awesome! We loved it and toured each floor to check them all out. Room was very clean and the cookie upon arrival was a nice touch. I'm glad there was a noon check-out time, because the bed was so comfortable.

Liked: Because we booking on a third party site we didn't get the benefits of our Hilton Diamond status. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Construction was a mess! We stayed here last month before construction started and the rate was lower than this stay and a lot less inconvenient.

Liked: The customer service was amazing. Above and beyond warm, helpful. The decor and details of the hotel are fun and energizing.
We loved the privacy, location and comfort of our room. Close to our concert location and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

I liked it... but I...
Liked: The breakfast was great and well priced. My room was clean (although I had to request to be moved) and the bed was comfortable. It also had a nice vibe.
Disliked: We tried to go to the bar for a few drinks. The restaurant was empty and the bar was full. We asked about our options and the girls attitude was pretty much "You're just out of luck. If you cannot find a seat at the bar, we can't really help you" and we felt blown off. I also feel like we should be informed of the renovation prior to the stay. The closed the lobby on day 2 of my stay and it was absolute chaos trying to figure out where to go. They labeled things - - but not well. There were literally several of us wandering around asking how to get out of the facility. I would pay to stay there...but I think I paid too much for the inconvenience that there was.

Disliked: The last that checked us out was quite literally the only person that was at all pleasant. The woman that checked us in was rude and very short with us. Our second day of the stay my card was authorized for an additional $30 and nobody could explain why.
