Very good

Liked: The location was convenient
Disliked: The room was small for the price. I had to pay for parking & an up charge for my small dog. So it turned out to be an expensive weekend. Also the sky bar ended up being closed after we had already booked our reservation. Room service had very limited hours.

It’s a nice hotel but...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: They had a few working local channels on the tv but the cable was ‘out’ for the entire 3 days we were there which limited my husbands ability to watch his sports

A fine place to stay...

Liked: Understated, well-executed design in our room; high quality finishes, linens, towels; 2 bathrobes provided in our room; comfortable mattress, pillows; quiet, effective temperature control; overall quiet; bold contemporary design in public areas; cleanliness everywhere; great food - we had dinner on arrival, then breakfast before departure; lots of accessible parking; unpretentious, polite, helpful, efficient staff.
Disliked: My wife and I considered ourselves safe walking the streets around the hotel at night, but those streets were practically empty. Not many people live in downtown Davenport.

Liked: checking out
Disliked: the bed was like sleeping on a cinder block, the the cable was spotty at best, the whole hotel had a weird citrus/garbage odor, and the elevator shook so bad that I genuinely thought I was going to die
