Stressful - had to find...
Liked: We didn’t get the chance to even see it. Arrived in Cheltenham for the Jazz Festival only to find out at 4pm arriving outside the property to find an email sent in the morning informing us our stay had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Disliked: The cancellation of our booking on the day of arrival!!!!

Perfect - wouldn't change a...
Liked: The apartment exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, amazingly clean, and we were provided with everything we could possibly need. Kelly was also a fabulous host who was very helpful and quick in her responses. And the cafe downstairs is the perfect spot for breakfast!
Disliked: Nothing at all!

Excellent location, beautiful apartment.
Liked: Excellent location to explore Cheltenham. The Curious Cafe/Deli downstairs are great for breakfast or lunch. The apartment is larger than the photos show and the balcony is great when the weather is good (gets the sun most of the day). Well equipped and clean. Easy parking in the car park opposite which is only £6.40 for the whole weekend.
Disliked: My only comment would be that you could hear music from the cafe/deli playing from 7am on Saturday morning. Not an issue for us but not ideal if you were looking for a lie in!
