Great Eden project base

Liked: Lovely people, lovely setting and brilliantly situated as a base to visit the Eden project for a concert. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Disliked: Nothing it was a great place to stay.

Liked: Little touches made all the difference. Arrangements of fresh flowers everywhere; home-made biscuits in the room; good toiletries; excellent breakfast and super staff. Have recommended to friends and would stay again.

Great overnight stay, lovely pub.

Liked: Lovely comfortable room overlooking the pub garden. A warm welcome from the landlord and fantastic evening meal had in the pub - would love to come back again.
Disliked: Would just add that whilst the bed and bedding was wonderfully comfortable, it was a little bit too warm for the time of year!

Liked: Beautiful & interesting country pub. Lots of little quirky decoration & a lovely garden as well. Staff & owner superb hosts will be back soon to explore more.

I couldn’t recommend this place...

Liked: We arrived at The Crown Inn, a charming place with a beautiful garden and plenty of parking space. We were welcomed by a friendly gentleman who explained the fire exits and even offered us a shuttle lift to our concert – wonderful!The room was beautifully decorated and included a lovely coffee tray with homemade biscuits, a bottle of water, and even a sherry bottle with glasses. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate.When we returned from the concert, he was there waiting to check we were alright and had enjoyed ourselves – such thoughtful service.In the morning, fresh milk had been left outside our room for our coffee – a lovely touch.We then came downstairs for breakfast, which was very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious!I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.Thank you! We’d happily drive three hours to stay here again.
