Central, poor quality food, small...

Liked: Easy access to steamer & central
Disliked: Food in the restaurant was very poor. We thought we couldn’t go wrong with hummus but it came with some strange crisps which were inedible. When we mentioned to the waitress she responded - I wouldn’t eat them either … Room small & boiling hot. No milk provided. No point having tea and coffee facilities if there is no milk.

Liked: Great staff, excellent service, couldn't do enough.Smart modern clean Room.Location.Parking information given. 3 parking location options nearby, we paid, £9.00 for 24 hours, across the road.Plenty of easy access toilets.Decking level's down to the rivers edge.Upper residential decking area.Lower internal guest area.Highly recommend, would stay again.Huge super comfy bed.White company, soaps, conditioner, shampoo and body wash supplied.
Disliked: Room's at the front have a bit of noise, due to deliveries arriving. Guest's leaving and arriving, expect anyway as your on the main rd, through Pooley Bridge.Didn't effect us.Good earplugs, supplied if needed.

Liked: Great location. Right on the river. The room was a good size and very comfortable
Disliked: No allocated parking. However you might be lucky enough to get a parking space just outside the hotel or parking along the road for just £4 /day

Liked: Setting beside river was amazing fir the good weather we had. Breakfast was amazing
Disliked: Slow service at meal ordering, only one person behind bar

Disliked: In a few years we will find the stairs a problem,good exercise for now.car park could be a problem but got a space every time (lucky)
