Disappointing

A very successful long weekend...

Liked: We had a great two nights. Room lovely clean decor great comfortable and lovely clean bathroom.All facilities iron hairdryer etcStaff so friendly nothing too much trouble and great advice on where to go what to do. Great breakfast and perfect setting. Little too busy as bank holiday but expected. We loved pooley bridge lovely area to explore the lakes.
Disliked: Room quite small but not a negative just observation.

Expensive but good quality

Liked: Fantastic refurbished room, lovely decor . Good breakfast very clean and pleasant restaurant. Good service.
Disliked: Boring menu, very predictable

Fantastic!

Liked: Excellent property in an excellent location.
Disliked: Only one downside; we ordered a ploughman’s platter for two the night of our arrival which was poor value for money, only really enough for one and we’re not big eaters! It was the only meal other than the included breakfast (which was delicious)that we had.

Liked: Big room, big bad . Excellent breakfast , excellent staff
Disliked: No car park but not big problem , the is public parking near by

Satisfied - highly recommended

Liked: Location is definitely the best!Breakfast was fantastic. We've booked our evening meal and the food was excellent!The room was clean, authentic and has what you need for a short stay.
Disliked: Parking - you might need to fight for a space with visitors.But I can't complain too much as it is a small village and a beautiful place to visit.

Disliked: Being on top floor with dog would have preferred lower floor
