Liked: Breakfast very good.

Expensive for what you get....

Liked: All very average, nothing stood out. Meals were ok but not enough choice. Room was badly designed for a female ..no light over bathroom mirror, not enough storage space for toiletries. No bedside light! Poor selection of teas etc.
Disliked: See above.

Disappointed.

Liked: Area is perfect for walkers and families who like the outdoors.Toiletries were good quality. Great shower.Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Room no 1 was a separate building. It had a floor to ceiling window. It didn't have blinds. Just a curtain which wasn't fitted properly.! If you wanted to have any privacy throughout the day, you had to close the curtain and put poor quality lights on. ! It was like a shop window! The bedroom door, which was the front door, facing the square and car park had gaps at the bottom, letting daylight and weather in. There was a draught excluder for bad weather.Service in restaurant was very slow. Food was ok but not great.

Lovely warm and cosy

Liked: The layout of the room was good, the view from said room and the breakfast was great
Disliked: Parking wasn't the best, but not much the hotel can do, and the bed was a little hard on my back, but overall a good stay.

Liked: Great hotel! Lovely staff who were very welcoming who went above and beyond to ensure you had a good stay. Would highly recommend, we will definitely be going back.
