Would not ever stay again.

Liked: Not very much at all sadly. Access to the rooms for people with disabilities is poor with steep landing steps to negotiate at night if needing the shared toilet.
Disliked: Beds were appalling - mattresses need replacing.Lack of consistent warmth and no heating on the morning of 18th Dec’23.Noise is bad even after midnight.Electrical wiring left bare - safety issue on landing.

Would definitely not stay again.

Disliked: Very uncomfortable beds, shower in en suite very poor. Loud noise of music and people talking in bar until after midnight. No heating on in the room or corridors in the morning. No staff around to put the heating on.

Lovely Room, Terrible Customer Service...

Liked: The room was lovely, enormous bed, all very clean & well presented.
Disliked: Karaoke went on until 11.45, which was fine & we enjoyed listening to it, but it was right below our room & we were hoping for an early start the next morning.Avoid the restaurant - the tables hadn't been cleared from previous diners, so we had to stand and wait. Ordered chicken tikka masala, came with overcooked rice, was supposed to have 4 samosas with it, when I asked where they were the girl didn't understand - eventually came back with spring rolls!!!Another table was given the wrong food.Be aware to check your bill, had 2 charges for garlic bread & should have been 1, also several cocktails that we did not order were on there. Took 3 attempts to get the bill rectified, and gave up in the end...
