Well presented friendly hotel on...

Liked: Very good but not served on hot plates each day. Car parking was excellent.
Disliked: Too long waiting for breakfast. Some 40 mins each day not acceptable.

Liked: The property was central. The staff were helpful. The breakfast choice was extensive. The breakfast was well cooked. The staff were very attentive and dealt with our every need without being over intrusive. I would recommend this venue

Great rooms and food but...

Liked: The room was great, lots of space and a comfy bed. The bar and restaurant seemed quite ‘Spartan’ in design and to us lacked atmosphere (ok it was a Tuesday night but still the pizza place across the road was buzzing). Although I appreciate its harder to keep clean, I think wooden tables a few soft furnishings to absorb the noise and some quite background music might help, as it felt a more like a cafe than a pub or restaurant when we ate there, which is a shame as the food was great.
