Exceptional

Liked: The staff, the interior, the atmosphere.We were particularly thankful to Vivienne who did everything she could to help us when our friend Pete collapsed
Disliked: The bedroom was a little tired. There were no staff present who had any first aid training. I recognise that this is not possible but maybe you could consider training up one or two. It might have made a big difference to the outcome. As it happened, the ambulance arrived very promptly.

Disliked: The fact that I entered my registration into the screen but have since had a parking fine, and nobody at the crown could confirm that I had done this so I have no evidence for appeal. Therefore I have a negative view on the Crown

Perfect Suffolk stay!

Liked: Lovely big spacious room, which was nicely decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The shower was excellent! The staff were absolutely fantastic, really kind and attentive, and always warm and friendly. They created such a welcoming atmosphere! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Woodbridge. Delicious breakfast, lots of options and generous portions. We had a great stay! Thanks to all the team.

Great location and ideal for...

Liked: Very friendly staff, decor of hotel, large good tasting breakfast. Good location, excellent parking at rear of hotel. quiet terrace at back of hotel to relax in.
Disliked: The pillows on the bed asked for them to be changed from feather but they were not very comfortable. The Sunday roast dinner was huge would have preferred the vegetables to have been separate maybe in a tureen for us to share. Also didn't like the gravy being on the plate - why could we not have it in a jug to put on as much as we wanted?
