Very inexpensive - It serves...

Liked: Helpful staff
Disliked: Car park security - Vehicles abandoned, broken into and vandalized. Shady characters loitering in and around the car park, some on push bikes, others on something.... I relocated to avoid the possible aggravation of a damaged or stolen car. A stay without a vehicle might have been a bit easier.

Disliked: Smashed windows, smelt funny, does not tell you that it is a homeless shelter, dangerous place

Exceptional

Liked: The receptionist was very much excellent on duty. Very sociable and welcoming. I really told him on the face that I like his demeanor and smiling
Disliked: There were some visitors who did disturb a bit by keeping running to and fro in the corridor.

Disliked: Everything absolutely disgusting vile dump needs to be investigated immediately. drug users patrolling the corridors 247, knocking on doors causing a ruckus. Making absurd amount of noise during the night, uncomfortable beds, no toiletries or toilet roll in room , people smoking weed and cigarettes in their rooms and corridors of the hotel , people camping in the car park, rubbish everywhere , Door and window insecure can easily be pushed open, rooms covered in mould and everything falling apart. Didn’t feel safe there or clean, looked up on Google as I thought I was staying in a drug den/ halfway house or immigrant hotel when I cane accross a video on YouTube see link below where funnily enough was voted the worst hotel in uk . Avoid this place at all costs. If the link doesn’t work just YouTube = the crown hotel stoke and you will see for yourself.Seen there was a fire there previously and still hasn’t been cleaned or repaired since I have attached a photo of the outside taken today , still no windows on property how can this place still be standing What a experience wouldn’t out my worst enemy in this place

Basic but essential to get...

Disliked: As we walked past car parking to the front entrance windows on the bottom floor were broken !! As we walked in with no mobility access the place really smelt !

Cheap halfway house, wouldnt recommend...

Disliked: Lots of shouting and dealing outside the window. People shouting in corridors offering drugs.

Disliked: I could not open the window a jar to let in some fresh air. It could only be opened like a door, which as it was onto a shared balcony which had steps to the ground meant anyone could climb into my room. I did not feel safe.
