All good had noisy room...

Liked: Very good location breakfast nice staff friendly
Disliked: Bedroom was really hot

Bearable

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed comfy.
Disliked: Ordered a meal in the bar. Took over 1 hour to come then only half the order came and I had eaten mine before my husbands came Breakfast next morning was cold and we had to ask for it to be microwaved to be able to eat it. Tv in the room kept cutting out during certain programmes and the stations not coming back on Asked before we came to have extended parking as we were going to the Xmas market and was told we could stay till 2 pm but on checking out we were told we couldn’t do this so had to find somewhere to park at short notice

Liked: Everything Room Hotel breakfast staff would highly recommend 👌
Disliked: Quite warm in room we asked to have it turned off and the hotel did it there wasn't any other problems

Great location and friendly staff

Liked: Right in the centre of Harrogate. The staff were all so nice. Parking was good and breakfast lovely
