Lovely hotel with friendly staff

Liked: The room was lovely with a great view. The location was great for parks, shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was difficult for people with allergies, no labelling for allergens.

Liked: Location
Disliked: We are both 80 this year. Teception put us in a room furthest from the entrance and requiring stairs.The bed was flush against the wall preventing one sleeper from rising during the night without disturbing the other sleeper!Because we were only one night stay, we were looked upon as second class guests by the elder reception lady .
