Liked: Staff were excellent, especially Emma, a credit to you, food was excellent, had evening meal & breakfast
Disliked: Couldn’t use spa facilities as it was being refubished

Liked: Receptionist/ manager was lovely. She let me in early and even put my cycling clothes in tumble dryer.
Disliked: Booked the non refundable price Then found out the leisure suite was closed for a refurb. Should have been information on booking site explaining this. Wouldn’t accept Scottish bank notes at bar. Is this hotel group racist/ anti Scottish or discriminatory??

An enjoyable stay, thank you

Liked: Easy check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Very large room with a kettle and nespresso machine, Bathroom with bath and shower over. Nice fluffly towels and nice smelling toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser. Bathrobe in separate walk in wardrobe, this also had a 'z bed' folded up in it. Settee and coffee table. Nice big comfortable bed.
Disliked: We didn't know the leisure facilities were closed until after we had booked.

Liked: The lady General Manager was just lovely and so helpful
Disliked: The bathroom needs upgrading but it was spotlessly clean
