Stay was disappointing due to...

Liked: Excellent food and drink
Disliked: Had no cold water on my room from 8pm till leaving!Had to use my bottles water to top up toilet cistern for flushing!!!

A lovely hotel in a...

Liked: The Friendly helpful staff. Room was well appointed. Great selection of nespresso coffees and teas.
Disliked: The only negative was, and it was nothing to do with the hotel accommodation, it was too hot in the room because of the temperatures built up in the room during the course of the day. It would have been great if there had been an electric fan to cool the room a little. So had a very restless night

A very enjoyable stay

Liked: Nice location, plenty of pubs around the area
Disliked: One of the windows in the room wouldn't open, a fridge would have been useful .and some coasters for cups.

Good

Liked: Friendly & approachable staff. Swimming pool was great & rooms comfy.
Disliked: The room looked a bit weathered. Bath paint peeling, wallpaper peeling, showerhead full of limescale. Breakfast was nice but had to keep asking for items to be filled when run out.
