Adequate.

Liked: Location is excellent. Breakfast was very average.
Disliked: Quite dated. Room was very clean but marks on walls & carpet. Definitely needs a refresh.

Disliked: The WiFi connection was poor and trying to pay for parking was terrible no signal on the machine and poor signal overalll as even calling the parking company you couldn’t as the signal was terrible needs updating asap as that is the only thing

Great friendly staff

Liked: The staff were great, had a meal which was lovely, Ruby and 2 other's served my meals and drinks excellent friendly service food was fairly priced. I requested a ground floor room which was provided.
Disliked: Having to pay for the onsite car park. Also the back of the wall in room 112, behind where I sat to dry my hair, underneath had drink spilt down it which needs cleaning. Only the top small windows opened, it was 31 degrees outside, and no air-conditioning so it was very hot in the room.

Liked: Lovely restaurant to high standard in a lovely area
Disliked: Paid £130 for a room with no aircon it was unbearable when we stayed had small windows that staff had opened prior to checking in but this did not help. There was no water to drink in the room either despite it being so warm in there staff knew it was warm in there. Had to then pay for water at £2 a bottle.

Liked: Staff were friendly and approachable. The building is lovely and modern. The rooms are spacious and there's lots of places to visit on the main road.
Disliked: We stayed in room 503 on the 3rd floor, the room was very very hot & even with 2 fans on it was just unbearable. We checked out 5hrs early after a very uncomfortable night. If the rooms had air con the stay would have been perfect.
