Lovely short stay but wouldn’t...

Liked: Lovely restaurant to high standard in a lovely area
Disliked: Paid £130 for a room with no aircon it was unbearable when we stayed had small windows that staff had opened prior to checking in but this did not help. There was no water to drink in the room either despite it being so warm in there staff knew it was warm in there. Had to then pay for water at £2 a bottle.

Liked: Staff were friendly and approachable. The building is lovely and modern. The rooms are spacious and there's lots of places to visit on the main road.
Disliked: We stayed in room 503 on the 3rd floor, the room was very very hot & even with 2 fans on it was just unbearable. We checked out 5hrs early after a very uncomfortable night. If the rooms had air con the stay would have been perfect.

Liked: Nice from the outside and communal areas staff nice helpful and friendly
Disliked: Room was dated and dark extremely hot couldn’t change temperature in shower bathroom door was to big for door frame tea and coffee making facilities were under the dressing table (very strange) Only one towel left in the bathroom had to find the others left in the wardrobe

Liked: We loved everything, the food was 10/10 and everyone was so friendly.
Disliked: The room was very hot even with the windows open.

Disliked: We got put in another building like a prison block next door, constant hummingbird/ whirring all night through poor windows
