Superb

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The food we had was very poor quality, like a cheap beefeater pub meal. I wouldn't recommend eating here

Lovely hotel just a little...

Liked: Lovely hotel. The price for two rooms was a little steep as we couldn’t get a family room and had to get two rooms

Travelled for business was ok...

Liked: The location was great, the rooms are clean and tidy and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom the water does not drain away in the shower very well they are tired maybe just need a little updating. We did not have breakfast or use any other facilities so can not comment on this.

Exceptional

Needs a revamp

Liked: The hotel reception, friendly staff.
Disliked: The water for the shower was cold and had little to no pressure, no heating and when one of the rooms was too cold we we're given an electric heater which made no difference. The rooms are not worth & £145 a night i booked 2.

Liked: Food was nice, restaurant staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Rooms were cold and lighting was poorly planned with no light switches near the bed. There were very few plug sockets either and no USB charging ports. Shower didn't warm up so had to change rooms.
