Very good

Liked: Lovely surroundings. Room was clean but unsure about the duvet cover as it had a little red stain and hairs on one side. Food was nice and most staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Something that would be useful because I couldn't find the information anywhere is the time that breakfast is served. You may get more people that stay away for work if the time is good.

A lovely hotel in a...

Liked: The Crown & Greyhound is in a lovely location and the rooms are very clean and spacious. We booked a twin room and it had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and we experienced no issues during our stay. As the hotel is only a short train ride away from London Bridge I would definitely stay here again for any future trips to London
Disliked: Nothing really. Evening either met or exceeded expectations

Great - but I’d rather...

Liked: Location. History. Convenience (for us).
Disliked: The property is great, I just found our room & bed on the small side, at odds with the grand proportions of The Crown & Greyhound. It was a hot summer’s night and the double bed just too small.

Superb

Liked: All staff were excellent. They were courteous, attentive and helpful. The food was varied and always well cooked and appetising. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We had no dislikes !
