Disappointing as there was no...

Liked: No breakfast option. The room was modernised but tired, it was clean and functional as in it had a bed, small tv and a kettle.
Disliked: I booked a room with en-suite as I need to get up in the night, the advert even had a picture of the room and facilities. When I arrived I was given a room with a shared bathroom down the corridor and was told there was no other option. I could cancel but there was no refund and I'd have to look for somewhere else and pay again.

Liked: I liked the staff they were very helpful on arrival, the kettle in the room and the view from the window, and the shower. The WiFi was decent
Disliked: The beds, the bed sheets they gave me sensory issues I feel they should ask beforehand.Shouldn't have to pay for towels it's a basic need so I think they should add more towels to the roomAlso more toilet roll.I think a bigger table for holding the cups and the kettle would be helpful I spilt boiling water on my hand because I was crouched, the TV needs modernising netflix doesn't even work..Maybe a wheelchair entrance instead of just stairs I feel is so inconvenient especially for people with heavy bags an accident could happen.
