lovely stay for cheap
Liked: it was above a pub but we didn?t hear any noise in the rooms from down below, it was also by the main road but it was ok noise wise
Disliked: nothing, the pictures need to be changed because we had a nice lovely red bed clothes rather than the ones in the picture

A terrible night's sleep.
Liked: Room was small but adequate.
Disliked: The pub intruder alarm went off 3-4 times (every 2 hours or so) during the night, it was VERY loud and went in each time for 15 min or more. It was torture! It was on the exterior wall outside my room. Clearly the alarm was faulty or on too sensitive a setting. Either way my sleep was interrupted on multiple occasions and my whole night's sleep was ruined. You really ought to offer me a refund. I was exhausted at my conference at Wisley today as a result. The communal corridor also smelled fairly strongly of cigarette smoke.

Satisfied with room and fair...
Liked: Inexpensive.Bathroom was clean.Room neat but very basic. Sufficed for the one night we needed it prior to leaving early for Epsom on the Saturday. No breakfast service available but a really lovely cafe further down the road. Golden cafe.We met up with friends on the Friday evening to eat with them so can't comment on the food at Crouch Oak
Disliked: Wasn't too happy with having to climb the fire escape to our room but nevertheless it wasn't a problem. As mentioned, it was a stop gap from a long journey in order to be out early next day to attend Epsom and then were hosted at the Cobhzm Hilton on the Saturday night
