Liked: Location, parking
Disliked: Dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. We left and came back to our key not working properly. The guy at the front desk came and jammed the key in hard and got it open. They did t let us know where we could get ice

Liked: Room was quiet and hotel was a short drive from Lake Geneva without being too expensive.
Disliked: We had trouble sleeping comfortably due to the stiff mattresses and uncomfortable bedding.

It was good.

Liked: left too early for breakfast, so can't reply to that question
Disliked: The space for personal belongings ie: curling iron, tooth brushes, makeup, etcAlso wish we could stay in June and August, but the rates are WAY out of our budget!

Disliked: they did not tell me that would not have electric, no water and heat after 10 pm. they say they can to my room and pound on the door and did answer. I was out for dinner they could left A message on the door. I woke up it was dark in the room try to find my phone and fell down. Called them that the power was off 10 to 6 am. no heat, water and lights

Rude and gross

Disliked: They made us feel like we were intruding. They wouldn't give us new towels unless we brought the old ones to the front desk. Never did any house keeping despite us asking. Bugs and mold. Our feet were black from the gross carpet.
