Emo, dramatic, and strange.

Liked: Fantastic, strange, and very Addams Family-esque. Drais nightclub is fun after hours, the EatWell in-house restaurant is delicious, and the staff are very kind and accommodating.
Disliked: We enjoyed our stay very much. We especially loved the room and view we were given by staff selection for my 30th birthday. If you're looking for a stay with a spooky or gothic vibe, this is the one.

Disliked: Need better soundproofing in rooms, pool wasnt available at all, they charge you to use the coffee maker AND the fridge in the room. Rooms view was limited and hotel seemed damp/musty.

Bad experience internet connection also...

Disliked: Came at 3.30 but told to wait and it got busy so we had to wait even after 4 till 4.30

Overpriced place to lay your...

Liked: Its Location was good to access the strip.
Disliked: The checkin experience was not great. Waited for our room and had to ask if it was ready. Checkin was slow and the line just kept growing. We would not upgrade so were asked to wait till room was ready. We were not told about any amenities such as using pools at other hotels. The room was just ok, coffee table broken and broken shelf in unit, dusty in places and had to pay for coffee pods for maker.

Perfect location, underrated hotel!

Liked: Absolutely perfect location. Centre of the strip but without the chaos of some of the larger hotels. Great staff in both hotel and casino. We were very kindly offered a room upgrade and our room was incredible.
