Very good

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. It was easy to find, not far from the train station and bus stops.
Disliked: The carpet in the hallway on the level I was on is rather grubby. Quite the contrast from the beautiful lobby. I also wasn't a fan of all of the mirrors in the room.

Mediocre

Liked: 20min walk from town centre, spacious communal areas.
Disliked: Dirty carpets in the corridors to the rooms. Two members of staff spoilt the experience with their attitude, disrespect and lack of customer service.
