Nice evening

Liked: The hotel room was nice clean comfortable the shower was hot and steamy and there were nice toiletries. Breakfast was nice and the girlWas friendly there was a good selection
Disliked: What let it down were the two drunks outside smoking and being nosey and also the satur case there is a funny smell

Nice hotel in great location

Liked: Nice hotel in the lovely village of Croft. We had a premium double room which was large and had an excellent modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The hotel was busy and at breakfast there was only one member of staff serving all of the guests. This was insufficient for the number of guests. As a result we waited for around 30 minutes for breakfast. I ordered the full English which, despite the very high quality, was served lukewarm and borderline edible. I was told I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes to have it replaced so I declined.

Superb

Liked: We were upgraded to the Garden Suite which was lovely.
Disliked: We had to ask for batteries for the tv remote in the living area, upon requesting these, I was told the tv didn't work in the bedroom area, but would hopefully get fixed the following day. This never happened. It was lovely being upgraded, and I was looking forward to laying in bed watching TV, a real treat. But why upgrade to a room where the tv didn't work, a great disappointment!

OK after an "iffy" start.

Disliked: The reception, when room facilities were not working properly. Trudging up three floors without a lift for half an hour on arrival did not make for a positive start.
