Luxury, friendliness and brilliant value...

Liked: Upon booking in, I received a wonderful greeting from staff behind the desk as they wished me a very happy birthday! Not only that, I had already booked a room with a sea view because of my love of the ocean and not only had they upgraded me further but they had continued with a sea view to their double deluxe room which was simply incredible.The decor in the room was so cosy and openly spaced with a lot of plugs for devices as my partner requires sleeping apparatus overnight. The facilities were just beautiful and to make it even better, it was almost open plan with a gorgeous cut through the wall to see in to the bathroom as well as making it possible for the sea view to be visible from the main room as well as the bathroom.The view! What Can I possibly say about the view to do it justice? At night with Whitstable lit up it was simply incredible, but the weather really made it better because as the sun was setting, seeing out over the sea and land over water was simply staggering!The staff were just unbelievably friendly, helpful and kind! Not only had they done all this, but upon arriving in our room, was a piece of gorgeous chocolate cake and written in chocolate was a very lovely 'happy birthday' message.I cannot put into words how splendid and luxurious the stay was here and we very much look forward to coming again in the not so distance future!
Disliked: Because of the road works, the road was being used as a cut through and unfortunately, the position of the room made our room extremely visible to standstill traffic.

Disliked: My bedroom was cold through the night and the heater didn’t heat up the room and the central heating wasn’t on even when adjusting the radiators
