Liked: The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. The rooms and common areas are perfectly clean. Food very good. Location provides a perfect base for touring this beautiful area of the country.

Liked: comfortable room.
Disliked: Staff not interested this time, they were only interested in dining guests. We wanted to have a couple of drinks in the bar, that was not available. Last time we stayed it was nice weather, so had a few drinks in the beer garden. We didn’t realise that the hotel was not a bar restaurant. Large crack in the ensuite sink

As usual the cleanliness, comfort...

Liked: This is the first time I have stayed in the main building as usually stay in the annex. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was not noisy and a good size.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited for a vegan. I had cornflakes with soya milk and toast with marmalade. Also you have stopped serving Batch Gin in the bar, which I used to look forward to enjoying when visiting.
