Very good

A short holiday in Yorkshire...

Liked: Rooms well appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food is very good especially Sunday roast although menu is a little “cheffy” and could do with a few more pub classics. Reakfast is really good and I think will make whatever you want even if not on menu.
Disliked: It was all enjoyable so no complaints

Liked: The food was delicious. Service very nice.Beautiful views outside.Easy access to places to visit. Comfortable
Disliked: Nothing. Only some external noise from the traffic close to us

Liked: The staff were fabulous, we felt very welcome upon arrival. We ate in the bar and the food was excellent. The bar was very busy but the staff were still attentive.
Disliked: Creaky floorboards in the rooms above meaning we could hear people moving about. Very minor though.

Fab little find where we...

Liked: Lovely little find, perfect base for walking in the area.
Disliked: It is next to a big road, so if you’re a light sleeper you may struggle, but I slept like a log as the bed was so comfortable.
