Pleasant.

Liked: It was clean, good access and we liked the location. Loved the restaurant and the food ☺️
Disliked: Not having elevator but can’t be helped I guess as it is an old building.

Liked: Nice hotel and happy friendly staff. Breakfast good, room good. Only a short stay but nice and relaxed. Wifi good.
Disliked: Minor items: Damaged veneer covering around seating sides of breakfast table that damages clothing. No support handle to assist safe access to bath/shower.

This felt like a luxury...

Liked: Spacious room, tasteful decoration, excellent clean facilities, very large, comfortable bed, a really luxurious feeling. Outstanding choice of breakfast, beautifully cooked and presented with no time pressure as it was served all morning. Courteous and friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Loved everything about this hotel . Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast amazing and in a great location to walk to bus stop for bus In Edinburgh.
Disliked: Only thing would be noise from a birthday party.

Very good
